Gourmet Solutions will enhance your theme or special event by offering a free consultation to assist you in choosing everything you'll need to make your occasion a fantastic success - whatever you can dream up, we can make! We can design a custom menu to include all your guests dietary needs, incorporating meal specifications and/or restrictions, including vegetarian.

Gourmet Solutions creates a culinary experience, intended to tantilize your taste buds. Whether you prefer sweet and savory, salty, spicy, or a combination, we will assist you in developing a menu.

Multi-Level Service Option

Platinum Service: For the more elegant event or when you just need to make a statement. Meals can be provided buffet style or table service is available. The tables are pre-set with custom linens and napkins, flatware and appropriate glassware. Platinum service includes white linen, water glasses, flatware and standard china service.
Silver Service is the choice for our budget conscious clients when hosting casual event, such as coffee services, continental breakfasts, boxed lunches or picnics. We provide disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, and serving utensils. Your food is provided in covered disposable containers for convenient pick up or delivery.
Gold Service: This is our benchmark for service. On the gold standard, your menu choices are delivered by our professional staff, set up and displayed with the appropriate service ware. The display tables are covered with standard white table covers and appropriate accompanying décor. Plates and cutlery are included. This service also includes clean up once your event has ended.

Special Events & Flowers

Gourmet Solutions can assist you in throwing a show stopper, fun and delicious party! From A Night in 1930s Chicago and a jazz quartet, to theme events that coincide with your special occasion, we take great pride in our special catering and buffets.

Gourmet Solutions can arrange anything: Staff in costume, giant balloons, exotic plants, ice sculptures, first rate entertainment there are no limits when the event calls for the best.

In addition we offer wonderful stations for display cooking. Our chefs cook delightful stir-fry, fajitas, quesadillas, pastas, orzo, or anything else that you would like prepared special and individually to impress your guests.
